Actions

An action node is a unit of work that is performed; essentially, one line from your use case description. An action can be quick or it can take a long time to be performed.

Actions are drawn using rectangles with rounded corners. Inside this rectangle is the action that needs to be taken.

Actions can be anything that is done by an actor or the system. However, it needs to be something that can be done; therefor it needs to be a verbal clause.

Here is an example of different types of actions.

I am going to state it again. Your actions need to be verbal clauses!
